School Supplies

I have been stocking up big-time on school supplies for the last month. In fact, so much so that you might even call what I’ve got stored in my school room more like industrial supplies instead of school supplies. Every week, I’ve been tossing more and more into the cart when I shop.
Anyway, my stocking-up came to an abrupt halt when I came face-to-face with…Halloween candy in the place of the school supplies! It’s August people! What is the world coming to?
Needless to say…I will NOT be stocking up on Halloween candy!

Yup, that sounds about right. Could be worse, could have been Christmas stuff and I’m surprised you haven’t seen any yet, usually there is some out in the stores before the Halloween stuff even comes out, especially at craft stores.
Which reminded me, I actually heard Christmas music on one of the last shopping trips we went on. It was one of the outdoor stores and that felt VERY wrong in the middle of August.
