Summer's Bounty
Garden is gearing up and I’m excited. I made our first batch of Pico De Gallo yesterday and it was goooooooooooooood. Yesterday, as a matter of fact, we had eggplant parmigiana, steamed beans, Pico De Gallo, and homemade pesto (basil from the garden) over organic broiled new potatoes. Yuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuuum.
I need to find some kind of temporary storage for all this produce. Right now it is sitting on my kitchen table. There must be a better way, though. They make beautiful tv stands, you’d think I could find some kind of temporary storage for my bountiful produce from the garden.
Any suggestions? How do you store it when your fridge is full?
