It’s almost time for one of my least favorite semi-annual excursions…yep…tomorrow I get to escort five kids to the dentist! Can you even imagine anything more exciting? Well…actually, depending on how cooperative Isaiah is feeling, there may be fireworks. This will be his very first dental visit and I guess we are just going to have to wait and see what he thinks. Our dentist discourages parents from accompanying kids back for their appointments so this may be interesting.

We’ve had plenty of build-up for this event. Weirdly enough, my crew loves the dentist. I’m pretty sure it has something to do with that huge football treasure chest that they get to dig through when they get down from the chair…but anyway, they’ve been excitedly counting down the days for weeks and now tomorrow morning at 9 we are due to roll in to the dentists office.

Yay.

That will take care of my morning…then it will be home for a minute or two and then I get to spend the next few hours shuttling back and forth from the schools taking the three olders back and forth. Then once that is finished I hustle in to town and pick up our co-op order (need to take out a small loan to cover this! Yikes!) and then I’ll do the weekly shopping when I’m there.

Then it’ll be back home, quick supper, then more shuttling because Monday evening is Jazz Band for all three olders.

Does anyone else need to go lay down now? I think I do…
