In case anyone has wondered or noticed the lack of Christmas wishes coming from me and my blog…we do not celebrate Christmas in our family because we take our beliefs from the literal word of the Bible and since Christmas is not explicitly directed or outlined in the Bible we do not keep it.

I do hope, however, that everyone spending special days with friends, family, and loved ones this time of year had a wonderful time, good food, and made great memories!

We spent the day “blessing” our home! I got that wonderful term from Gina at The Clan McLeod the other day and I can’t help but adopt it for my own use when I decide to be a white tornado. We all worked together and the house virtually sparkles tonight!

I also did some cooking and baking this morning and we’ll be eating lots of yummy things this weekend.

I’m ahead of schedule and my day tomorrow looks light…wonder what we’ll do with ourselves! I’m sure we’ll find something…we always do!
