I am not a very spontaneous person. With all of my kids I just have had to create such a life of purpose and planning that I seem to have lost my ability for spontaneity along the way somewhere.

Last week, for instance, hubby tried to get me agree to go out on a date and I put him off! How awful is that??? We settled for planning our date and we are supposed to go out tomorrow night (weather permitting). I know…that’s not spontaneous at all, is it?
