About a week ago my family was the lucky recipient of a brand new Birdscapes Garden Sip and Seed bird feeder, which was sent to us courtesy of birdfeeders.com. Little did the good folks at birdfeeders.com know how much my kids were going to appreciate this gift. You see…my kids have been enjoying the challenge of attracting birds to our yard for several winters now, and receiving this beautiful bird feeder was truly a treat. We now have several bird feeders in our yard, but this newest one is by far the nicest.

Actually, not only is it a treat for my kids, but it’s a treat for the birds as well! This particular birdfeeder not only feeds the birds, but also has the capability of being a water feeder as well. Being in the climate we are in, however, we did not fill it with water right now…but we fully intend to use it as both a water and bird feeder when the weather warms up in the spring.
