Any Ideas What This Rash Might Be?

Someone near and dear has been sick over the last week. Quite sick, actually, with a persistent fever (around 101-102), sore throat (at first but it did go away) and a bad cough. The most unsettling symptom, though, has been a rash…all over the chest from to just below the waistline. I tried Googling several different things, but came up empty handed…so thought I’d throw this up here to see if anyone might have any thoughts or input about whether or not this is something to worry about.
