Due to a water main emergency, it looked like perhaps our construction crew would not be returning to work today…but thankfully that situation was resolved and they arrived at about 11 am.

You will not believe the news we just received. It seems that the pipe that they tried and tried to unclog last Friday…WAS NOT EVEN OUR SEWER PIPE. It was an old abandoned pipe that leads to…NOWHERE.

So…as I write this, the entire street is ripped up in front of our house…our yard is gone…we no longer have any curb and gutter out there…and it appears as it this all was done for no reason AT ALL. It just remains to be seen who is going to foot the bill and bear the responsibility for this mistake.

SIGH…again!
