Being a Teenager is Tough!

As a mother of two teen boys and a “tween” girl who is fast approaching some of those difficult years I will just say that mothering teens brings back memories of all that was hard for me as a teen. It’s not an easy time.
Skin issues are just the last thing a teen should have to deal with. Proper diet and hygiene will go a long ways to treating this issue, but there may be cases that just have to look into acne treatment…and this doesn’t have to be a big deal!
