School is fast approaching! I can’t believe how quickly this summer has gone! Here we are well into the first week of August and I do not feel ready for the new school year at all.

I well remember the anticipation of a new school year back when I was a girl. The thrill of everything new was so exciting. I have always been into school and office supplies. If I get anywhere NEAR the pen aisle in a store, I’m gone I tell you. The allure of new office supplies or anything to do with organization and desk supplies puts me in nirvana.

I used to be so afraid I would lose my precious school supplies once the school year started. I remember my mom had one of those plastic label makers, but the labels always lost their “stick” and would fall off. The I was back worrying that some of my STUFF would get mixed up with all the other kids’ STUFF. It was horrible!

Well…fast forward to today…and even as a homeschooler, I am drooling over the new Color labels that I found on this website. My kids don’t go away to school, but most homeschooling families I know could really put this label maker to good use as well. In fact, we homeschoolers may need it even more because we have so much to organize and keep track of as we teach our youngsters at home.
