How to REALLY Lose Weight
That eternal question that plagues most of us at one time or another: how to lose weight.
I’m happy to say that I think I have finally figured out this weight management thing once and for all. Since mid April I have been able to lose the rest of my lingering baby weight and I can honestly say that I’ve done it absolutely painlessly and really quite easily.
My secret? No fads, no starving, no drugs. Simply good, clean eating, a little exercise, and that’s it! This is the kind of weight loss that is a life-style change that I will easily be able to continue indefinitely.
