Back from the doctor with good news!
The laceration is RIGHT on the crease of her eyelid. This means that she should have minimal scarring. Also, the doctor told me that we probably made the right decision not to take her to the ER Sat night. They most-likely would have stitched her eyelid and obviously, that would have been very traumatic for her. It looks like it has sealed fine and should heal alright without stitches.
We came home with some special antibiotic cream that can be used near the eye and there is no sign of infection!
