I Hate Mosquitoes!

UGH! The mosquitoes are so bad where we live!
Both yesterday and today I had Isaiah and Abby out for walks in the double jogger with the mosquito netting over them to protect them.
When I checked on them as they sat there I could hardly believe my eyes. The netting was absolutely COVERED with mosquitoes on the outside trying to get in to them. It was just disgusting!
I heard that with all of the flooding we have had so far this season we may have LESS mosquitoes than usual because their eggs would be washed away. So far…NOT the case.
I hate bug spray…anyone know of anything natural that really works? It’s getting to the point where we are beginning to avoid outside activities due to these things!

We are facing the same dilemma here. We don’t go out much after 6pm or before 9am. If we have to be out I wear pants and a loose long sleeved shirt so I can put the spray on the clothes and not on my skin. It seems no area is without them this year, even people who live far from creeks or standing water are complaining.
