Serena is a precious little girl who is running out of time…

Serena has been suffering from neuroblastoma – a tumour in the adrenal glands – for the past 18 months. She was in remission, but a few weeks ago her family received the devastating news that the cancer has returned.

Her only hope of beating the disease is to undergo revolutionary treatment here in America and the family is trying to raise the money. If she does not have the treatment she may only have weeks or months to live.
