Just wanted to put this here to help keep me accountable – especially as the weekend is coming up. I have exercised every day this week and have eaten “clean” – meaning no snacks other than fruit or protein.? Nothing high fat or sweet!? Swimsuit season is fast approaching and I’m going to be ready!!
