Busy week is coming to a culmination today as we finish off the week with Night to be Observed this evening. Passover was last night and that was really nice.

Tonight we are having guests and I have a lot going on in my kitchen.

• Lamb you can eat with a spoon (in the crockpot)
• Turkey ready to go into the oven
• Cheesy Potato Puff all prepared and just needs to bake
• Assorted appetizers need a little attention
• Dinner Crescents need to be defrosted
• Baklava and a few other yummy deserts need to be assembled
• Guests are bringing the rest

I just need to get the leaf in the table, get the table cloth on, make sure my centerpiece looks good, and the rest is minor details.
