Passover and Night to be Observed

Busy week is coming to a culmination today as we finish off the week with Night to be Observed this evening. Passover was last night and that was really nice.
Tonight we are having guests and I have a lot going on in my kitchen.
Lamb you can eat with a spoon (in the crockpot)
