I know, not a pleasant subject. Just about everyone I know has run into one problem or another with their finances. This site may help. Even if your problems are as bad as bankruptcy, there is hope. The
debt statute of limitations is a time limit established for creditors. They only have a limited amount of time to pursue you for debts owed.
