Ruthie's Question of the Day…

Ruth is helping me make supper tonight and suddenly as she is snipping the stems off the spinach leaves she looks up at me with the most stricken look on her face and says: “Mom, I don’t know how to cook.? How will I learn to cook?”
I say:? “You are five.? Why does a little girl need to know how to cook?”
She says:? “I need to learn how to cook…”
